Now no canter
ugh.
naked day valentines day
did uphill walk poles x 6, then pillars, then serpentine ground pole x 8, then few singel raised poles. then lunged 6 minutes each way. slightly more forward and tracking up better. then tried to canter. could barely get her to do it and wouldn't hold it very long, would NOT canter left. did alternating raised trot poles 5 4 times... then tried cantering again. got it both ways but had to chase and fight and wouldn't hold it. did have polo wrap figure 8 on at first, took it off to see, no change. finished with trot poles again and then lunged smaller circle and did transitions, trying to work on balance and left bend.
also worked on poll and got some good releases. can now mostly bend left without tipping.
